Los Angeles, California -- Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32), senior Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, hosted a meeting with Horn of Africa Special Envoy Mike Hammer and the Tigrayan California diaspora.
"I was pleased to host an informative and productive meeting between Horn of Africa Special Envoy Mike Hammer and the Tigrayan California diaspora," said Sherman upon the meeting's conclusion. "The United States must continue its efforts to ensure a lasting peace in Ethiopia, especially in light of renewed acts of ethnic cleaning of Tigrayan civilians by Amhara forces."
Sherman concluded: "And all Eritrea forces must leave Ethiopia now."
