City of Palo Alto recently issued the following announcement
Event: XCAP Special Meeting (Virtual)
When: January 13, 2021
Time: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
The Expanded Community Advisory Panel, also known as the “XCAP,” is a group of Palo Altans and other stakeholders tasked with evaluating all the information related to the grade crossing alternatives. The group, now a Brown Act body, can vote and make recommendations directly to the City Council. The City Manager’s Office provides staffing to the XCAP.
This is a virtual meeting via Zoom. Details on how to join the meeting can be found in the meeting agenda.
