On March 3, 2025, Khanna expressed gratitude towards firefighters by stating, "Firefighters are some of our most dedicated civil servants. Thank you for your leadership and service to our nation. You are true patriots."
Later that day, he highlighted the importance of the Take It Down Act with bipartisan support. Khanna remarked on March 3, 2025, "The Take It Down Act protects Americans from the harms of non-consensual intimate imagery and requires websites to remove it. In another post dated March 4, 2025, Khanna criticized former President Trump's policies related to White House appointees and advocated for his own legislative proposal: "Trump promised to drain the swamp but overturned a ban on White House appointees from accepting gifts or lobbying for two years after the administration ends. Congress needs to protect the integrity of our democracy and reinstate those rules. Let's pass my Drain the Swamp Act."
