Rep. Ro Khanna, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing California's 17th district, has recently shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Khanna, who has been in office since 2017 after replacing Mike Honda, addressed topics ranging from global health funding to judicial reform and financial regulations.

On February 9, 2025, Rep. Khanna highlighted the importance of maintaining funding for global health programs managed by USAID. He emphasized that these programs are essential in reducing malnutrition and combating diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria worldwide. Khanna stated that "Cutting global health programs that account for barely a tenth of one percent of the US budget but save millions of lives is immoral."

Later that day, he discussed public support for term limits for Supreme Court Justices. Citing a statistic that "68% of Americans support term limits for Supreme Court Justices," Khanna announced his intention to reintroduce legislation alongside Rep. Don Beyer to establish 18-year term limits for justices.

On February 10, 2025, Rep. Khanna turned his attention to credit card interest rates and their impact on American consumers. He pointed out that over five years, credit card companies have amassed $145.6 billion in profits while many Americans struggle with minimum payments. In response to this issue, he advocated for legislative action to impose a "10% cap on credit card interest rates."
