He stated that "Congress received $250 million in dark money during the 2024 election season." He emphasized the need for electoral decisions to be driven by voters rather than financial contributions and proposed banning PAC and lobbyist money as well as prohibiting members from becoming lobbyists.

The following day, November 25, 2024, Khanna addressed wage issues by asserting that "Increasing the minimum wage should be a top priority and bipartisan."
