Los Gatos Union Elementary School District's schools enrolled 2,622 students in the 2022-23 school year, 0.8% more than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.2% of them were boys, and 47.7% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, making up 52.4% of the Los Gatos Union Elementary School District's total enrollment.

Los Gatos Union Elementary School District covers five schools within Santa Clara County with its main office in Los Gatos.

Among the five schools in Los Gatos Union Elementary School District, Raymond J. Fisher Middle School recorded the highest enrollment of 1,012 students in the 2022-23 school year.

In the last decade, enrollment in California elementary and secondary schools rose by at least 5%, while high school enrollment dropped 5%.

However, overall enrollment in California public schools is sliding, and the Public Policy Institute of California expects it to drop another 8% by the 2031-32 school year.
