University of California, Berkeley Student Christopher Sepka awarded $2,000 national civics scholarship

DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. – The Foundation for the Restoration of America (FFROA) awarded a $2,000 scholarship to University of California, Berkeley student Christopher Sepka following his completion of the Constitutional Study Scholarship Program.
