DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. – The Foundation for the Restoration of America (FFROA) awarded a $2,000 scholarship to University of California, Berkeley student Christopher Sepka following his completion of the Constitutional Study Scholarship Program.
From San Juan Bautista, California, Sepka is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and is set to graduate Spring 2025.
“These courses provided me with a great insight on the beauty and elegance that exist in the founding documents,” Sepka said in reflecting on the Hillsdale College courses included in The Constitutional Study Scholarship Program. “The framers wrote the statements to be timeless pieces to govern the new nation.”
He continued: “This program which is open and free to use by the public has provided an impactful message that through quality Education, America has a brighter future.”
The Foundation’s Executive Director Christine Altenberger shared her excitement about the scholarship program and the impressive student winners like Sepka.
“Christopher and other young Americans who completed the Constitutional Study Scholarship Program are the future business leaders, elected officials, and community leaders of our nation,” Altenberger said.
“We want them to be equipped to know and defend the ideals that formed this nation and protected the freedoms we’re offered,” she said, “and that’s exactly what this program has done and will continue to do.”
