Stanford University sophomore Will Schneider has been named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Player of the Week, according to an announcement from the conference. Schneider played a key role in Stanford’s 19-10 victory over No. 5 Fordham, drawing eight exclusions that led to multiple scoring opportunities for his team.

Fordham finished the game with 19 exclusions, which contributed to nine goals for Stanford. Schneider is now the third consecutive Stanford player to receive this weekly honor, following teammates Ben Forer and Botond Balogh.

The No. 3 ranked Cardinal will travel to southern California for upcoming matches against No. 2 UCLA on Saturday and No. 1 USC on Sunday. Both games are set for a 1:00 p.m. PT start and will be available via streaming on Overnght.
