On Friday, Feb. 28, former Saint Francis High School standout Trevor Leon’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Alabama State Hornets.

The game took place at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex against Alabama State Hornets.
