Hollister had the highest enrollment among San Benito County school districts, welcoming 6,209 students during the 2022-23 school year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.9% of them were boys, and 49.1% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Hollister students was white, accounting for 10.4% of the student population.

Among the 12 districts in San Benito County, San Benito High School District ranked second in enrollment numbers with 3,556 students, while Aromas - San Juan Unified School District welcomed 992 students and ranked third in the 2022-23 school year.
