Washington, D.C. -- On May 25th, the Biden Administration released the first-ever U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism that includes over 100 new actions the Administration will take to raise awareness of antisemitism and its threat to American democracy, protect Jewish communities, reverse the normalization of antisemitism, and build cross-community solidarity.

"The Jewish community has been shaken by surging antisemitism," said Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32) upon the announcement by the White House. "I commend the Biden Administration for developing its National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism – the first of its kind."

Sherman concluded: "This is a critical step to combating this rising hatred and protecting Jewish Americans."
