Of the 42,891 people living in Campbell city in 2020, 50.5 percent (21,644) were women and 49.5 percent (21,247) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South SFV Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 286. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,469 females and 2,667 males.
