Of the 1,872 people living in Mountain View CDP in 2020, 46.2 percent (865) were women and 53.8 percent (1,007) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South SFV Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 129. In the 65 and over age range, there were 83 females and 40 males.
