Of the 31,084 people living in Saratoga city in 2020, 50.4 percent (15,668) were women and 49.6 percent (15,416) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South SFV Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 438. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,001 females and 3,428 males.
