Presented by Youth Commission and Parks and Recreation Department Designed for the community to celebrate Halloween safely and together, while we are apart. Town Hall wants to encourage wacky, creative, fun costumes for kids, adults, family, and even pets. Submit your photo on the following form at www.losaltoshills.ca.gov/costumecontest. The Youth Commission will select their favorites and announce them the week of November 2nd. Costumes photos will later be shared on a public album and printed in the Town Crier.
