Three current Stanford swimmers and two alumni are set to compete at the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore from July 26 to August 3. The event will be held at the Singapore Sports Hub.

Torri Huske, a three-time Olympic gold medalist, will participate in four events: the 50 free, 100 free, 100 fly, and the 4×200 freestyle relay. Caroline Bricker is entering her first World Championships in the 200 fly after achieving a personal best of 2:05.80 at the Toyota National Championships. Levenia Sim, a Stanford sophomore, will represent Singapore in the 50 and 100 backstroke events.

Alumni Katie Ledecky will compete in her signature events: the 400, 800, and 1500 free. Simone Manuel is making her fifth appearance at the World Championships as part of the 4×100 freestyle relay team.

The competition schedule for Stanford athletes includes various heats and finals throughout the week. Key events include Ledecky’s participation in freestyle heats on July 26 and July 27, Huske’s butterfly heats on July 26, and Manuel’s relay heat on July 26.
