Stanford University’s sailing team has announced its schedule for the fall 2025 season, with plans to compete in 21 regattas and host three events on campus.
The team is entering the new season after a notable 2024-2025 campaign, during which it won three national titles and secured its second Leonard M. Fowle Trophy, an award given annually to the best overall collegiate sailing program.
The Cardinal will begin its home events with the PCCSC Singlehanded Championships on September 20-21. Later in the season, Stanford will also host the PCCSC Women’s Fall Championships and the Top-9 Invite on October 25-26.
This year’s fall schedule includes four new regattas for Stanford: the Savin Hill Invitational (October 11-12), the Oberg Trophy (October 18-19), the Nickerson Trophy (October 25-26), and the West Coast Championships (November 8-9).
National title opportunities for Stanford this fall include participation in both the ICSA Singlehanded Championships (November 8-9) and the ICSA Match Race Championship (November 15-16).
