JJ Moran then singled through a shifted defense on the right side, driving in two runs for what became the game-winning hit.

Parker Warner struck out four over more than three innings out of relief before Cohen Gomez finished off another four batters over nearly two innings to earn his third win after keeping Clemson scoreless through their last offensive frame.
Trevor Moore closed out the game for Stanford despite allowing a leadoff double; he secured his second save by striking out Tryston McCladdie and inducing a final fly ball out.
The deciding game of this series is scheduled for Sunday at Sunken Diamond.
