Eighteen Stanford baseball players have been recognized for their academic achievements by the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), as announced on Thursday. The criteria for being named to the All-ACC Academic Team include maintaining a 3.0-grade point average in the previous quarter and a cumulative average of 3.0 throughout one’s academic career, alongside participation in at least half of the team’s contests.
Stanford’s achievement of having 18 players honored ties them for the second-highest number in the ACC. Among those recognized was Clemson senior pitcher Lucas Mahlstedt, who received the title of 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year for baseball.
