Santa Clara women’s basketball will begin its West Coast Conference (WCC) schedule with a home game against San Diego at the Leavey Center on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Broncos have been averaging 82.2 points per game, shooting 41.2 percent from the field, 31.9 percent from three-point range, and 73.1 percent from the free throw line this season. The team is also collecting an average of 45.5 rebounds, 17.3 assists, 9.1 steals, and 6.6 blocks per game while turning the ball over an average of 10.9 times per contest.

Sophie Glancey leads Santa Clara in scoring with an average of 15.6 points and eight rebounds per game while shooting 47.3 percent from the floor and recording a team-high average of 2.6 blocks per contest.
Maia Jones has made a team-leading total of twenty-nine three-pointers and is contributing an average of 14.5 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
Ashley Hawkins adds an average of eleven point three points per game along with a team-best five point nine assists and three point eight rebounds.
Ava Schmidt is averaging eleven point one points with twenty-six three-pointers made and five rebounds per contest, while Kylee Fox is contributing ten point four points with twenty-two made threes.
