On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Leigh High School standout Robert Hamchuk’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas Razorbacks.
The game took place at Globe Life Field. This was their first matchup against the Razorbacks this season.
The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field against Long Beach State Beach.
