In another post on the same day, Khanna commented on layoffs at a different company, stating “Medical technology manufacturer Acutus Medical Inc., laid off 24 employees in Carlsbad, California.” This development highlights challenges within the medical technology sector.
Later that day, Khanna addressed concerns regarding election legislation, sharing data on the potential impact on voter disenfranchisement. He noted, “Over 69 million women do not have a birth certificate that matches their legal name. 146 million Americans do not have a passport.” He criticized the SAVE Act, asserting that “The SAVE Act will not increase election security.
