Former Gilroy High School standout Jacob Parks played on Friday, May 23 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 23, former Gilroy High School standout Jacob Parks’ current collegiate team the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters lost 3-7 against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field at 6 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the tournament.

The Cal State Monterey Bay Otters’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 6 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field.
